Michael began his career with Real Estate Opportunity right here in Columbus, joining the team as a Project Coordinator in the maintenance department. What started as a temporary position quickly turned into a long-term passion. With a natural ability to connect with people and a drive to help others meet their goals, Michael quickly rose through the ranks—earning promotions to Project Manager and then Property Manager in 2015. Today, he serves as CEO of Real Estate Opportunity, leading the company with integrity, strategic vision, and a deep commitment to both clients and the team.

Michael specializes in commercial real estate and manages both residential and commercial investments for his clients. He’s known for his meticulous attention to detail, timely execution, and unwavering dedication—traits that have earned him the trust and loyalty of a growing base of investor clients. His proudest accomplishment to date is successfully completing a complex, multi-property 1031 exchange, which showcased his skill in managing high-stakes transactions.

Throughout his career, Michael has taken on some challenging projects, including the sale of severely distressed properties—true rehabs with everything from structural issues to insect infestations. Yet, he’s never backed down from a challenge. His philosophy is simple: “Do the right thing the first time, every time.”

Michael's perspective on the real estate market is shaped by his years of hands-on experience. Since 2015, he’s seen a major shift in pricing and inventory, especially as investor opportunities have evolved. He believes that recent increases in inventory will create more negotiating room for buyers and help restore balance to the market.

Outside of real estate, Michael is a nature enthusiast who loves spending time outdoors. He brings this same sense of curiosity and exploration into his professional life, always eager to discover new opportunities and push the boundaries of what’s possible.

When asked about his legacy, Michael says it best: “I want to be known as the owner of the finest real estate sales and property management company in Central Ohio—with expansion into new markets on the horizon.”
