Evaluate your sale

The first time we meet, REO agents will discuss what your selling objectives are. We will evaluate, analyze and understand your property then help you establish your selling goals and determine the monetary amount you have at your disposal to pursue your sale to its utmost. This is a good time to ask questions and we will give you an idea of what to expect during the selling process. We will discuss preliminary ideas for pricing and property preparations. We can provide you with a complete property evaluation and marketing plan.

Once you decide you are ready, REO will review and sign a Listing Agreement with you and complete all the mandatory disclosure forms.

Evaluate, analyze, establish value of your property

Pricing your property competitively, at the start, will create more activity among brokers and buyers and lead to a more successful sale.

Establishing the value and list price for your property involves researching and comparing similar properties and weighing factors including location, condition, amenities, current tenants and tenant lease income, property expenses, current type of use and market conditions. We need to know your property’s value to determine its list price and develop a plan to achieve that desired price. REO will arrive at a competitive price, aimed at generating strong buyer activity.

Market your property

Before marketing, REO evaluates your property and then takes the time to research its potential buyers. It is important to understand where your buyers come from and what they are looking for in a commercial property—the purpose of buyer’s property purchase, what the intended use of the property is, what primary options does the property need to have, etc. Understanding where buyers come from allows REO to market your property competitively. Creating excitement in the marketplace, through aggressive marketing efforts—online and offline—as well as purposeful interaction with our myriad valuable industry connections, is key to a successful sale.

REO will remain in constant communication with you along the way and give you progress reports.

Process your sale and close

REO will review all offers, and the terms of each offer, with you. We can negotiate on your behalf so that you can obtain the highest possible price for your property while protecting your best interests.

We will prepare all seller-required disclosures and reports and attend your appraisal with recent comparable information to support your purchase price. We can help you make sure all contingencies and accepted requests move forward in a timely manner per the established contract. You will remain informed every step of the way.
