We will research current property lease agreements, all needed rent prorations from tenants, lease commitments and tenant deposits, property zoning, etc. The due diligence process is completed to prove presented information is true and whether a price needs to be renegotiated.
We will ensure all your closing documents are complete, contracts are filled in properly and agreements are thoroughly understood. REO will review title work, title insurance commitments, deeds and other supporting paperwork as well as surveys, mortgages, prorations and deposit transfers. We will compare all closing documents to contract documents to ensure accuracy with closing the deal. We will write offers and negotiate contracts based on what we have researched and believe to be true.
