Real Estate Opportunity

1720 Zollinger Road, Suite 200 Upper Arlington, OH 43221

Born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, Patrick brings a local’s insight and a vibrant energy to the Real Estate Opportunity team. A proud graduate of St. Charles Preparatory and Ohio University, Patrick launched his professional career in Denver, where his time at the Metro Chamber of Commerce sparked his passion for real estate. That spark led him home to Columbus, where he earned his license in 2014 and began his real estate career.

Patrick specializes in commercial real estate, drawn to the fast-paced, solutions-focused nature of the industry. He values the straightforwardness of commercial transactions and the better work-life balance it allows. Over the years, he's gained deep experience across complex deals—including selling a 500+ acre quarry and navigating a surprisingly intricate sale of a hotel to a city government.

With a background in sales and management, Patrick brings a sharp eye for detail, strong negotiation skills, and a warm, personable approach to every client relationship. Whether it’s raising a toast after closing or helping a friend navigate their first investment, he believes in building authentic, lasting connections. His proudest moments often come from helping those closest to him achieve their real estate goals.

Patrick has seen significant shifts in the market during his time in the industry. From falling premiums on office space to compressed CAP rates, he keeps a close watch on evolving trends—especially as Columbus continues its rapid growth across multiple sectors.

Guided by values of honesty and open-mindedness, Patrick brings integrity to every transaction. He believes success in real estate comes down to treating everyone with respect and approaching each deal with an open mind. And when he’s not working hard for his clients, he stays motivated with regular exercise and by enjoying the vibrant Columbus arts scene.

Patrick lives in the Fifth by Northwest neighborhood with his wife, Leah, and their beloved American Bulldog, Brutus. You’re likely to spot him at local art events or out supporting community businesses—always plugged into the pulse of the city he loves.
