A proud graduate of St. Charles Preparatory and Ohio University, Patrick launched his professional career in Denver, where his time at the Metro Chamber of Commerce sparked his passion for real estate. That spark led him home to Columbus, where he earned his license in 2014 and began his real estate career.

Over the years, he's gained deep experience across complex deals—including selling a 500+ acre quarry and navigating a surprisingly intricate sale of a hotel to a city government.
