Since 2016, I have been actively engaged in real estate investing, beginning with the acquisition of single-family homes, duplexes, and vacant land. Over the years, my portfolio has grown to include various investment strategies, such as long-term buy-and-hold properties, renovation projects for resale (flips), and, most recently, short-term rental investments through platforms like Airbnb in out-of-state markets. My passion for real estate has been a driving force throughout my career, motivating me to continuously expand my expertise and knowledge within the industry. In 2023, I decided to take my commitment to a higher level by obtaining my real estate license. This decision was fueled by a desire not only to deepen my understanding of the real estate landscape, but also to better serve clients and fellow investors.
