·         Selling a widow’s property in foreclosure structured in a way that allowed her over a year to remain in the property to sort her life.

·         Renegotiating an under-performing restaurant client’s lease for additional space to grow during the COVID pandemic.

·         Bifurcating and selling a client’s personal property that featured an investment component so that his client could invest in income producing managed commercial assets and separately a new personal residence.

·         Subdividing and selling smaller parcels to increase the sales opportunity for his client

·         And selling his parent’s house. Twice.
